Over the past few years I have been imaging a place to express myself, share my experiences and thoughts. I was scared of the thought of being transparent and open with others. However, I believe that with my openness I may reach someone who can share, relate and understand what I am expressing.
So this is my story and journey in life. I want to share with all of you a little at at time through my posting, pictures and stories.

I would like to share not only my thoughts, adventures, stories, and emotions but also share resources and news.
My goal is to help others that may be going through or can relate to me and my journey. Give them hope that even in the hardest and darkest of times we can push through and find the light at the end.
That no matter how lost, depressed, and broken someone may feel, there is always hope as long as you do not give up. Life is a beast that will test you and push you to the point of breaking, but through our failures and set backs we become stronger and our characteristics, beliefs and morals are reinforced.
We may feel so completely alone at times but my hope and goal is for this blog to show others that you are not alone and there are others out there who understand.
I may not know you personally, but we are connected through shared experiences and emotions. Life is to short to feel alone and not understood.
Hello there! I'm Brianna Duenas, the creator behind "Just Breathe." This blog is a reflection of my passion for psychology, writing, travel, and embracing life's joys. I'm here to share my experiences, thoughts, and insights, with a focus on supporting those facing stress, anxiety, and life struggles.
My Journey:
With a background in psychology from CSU Channel Islands University, I've always been fascinated by the complexities of the human mind and emotions. Through my own life's challenges and experiences, I've learned the importance of resilience and finding happiness in the little things. I am still learning and trying to always work on my mental health and find ways to better myself.
Life's Joys:
Beyond my love for psychology, I'm an avid traveler, always seeking new adventures and experiences around the world. I also enjoy reading, writing, hiking, camping, cooking and basically being out doors. My home is in beautiful Southern California, where my husband and I share our lives with our five wonderful pets: two cats, two dogs, and a chinchilla. Family is incredibly important to me, and they bring endless love and support to my journey.
Living with ADD:
Being diagnosed with ADD has provided me with a unique perspective on life. I am constantly learning how to manage my symptoms and keep moving forward. Some days are harder than others but I always try to see the best in every situation. I've learned to embrace my differences and use them to my advantage, fostering creativity and adaptability in my endeavors.
